That's how it's done:
Buy the maintenance here in the shop and make a note of
the order number so that we know who you are. Pack your device
and send it to us with error information and the invoice number.
Do not forget the sender / return address with telephone number! Or
you can bring the device directly to us, together with the
maintenance receipt / shop invoice. The delivery address is below.
If it turns out that there are other defects, we will inform you.
The price stated here is only valid in the shop and must be
paid before the device is handed in.
