That's how it's done:
Buy the repair here in the shop and make a note of
the invoice or order number so that we know who you are.
Pack your device and send it to us with error information and the
invoice number. Do not forget the sender / return address
with telephone number!
TEMPO: Rule of thumb for shipping customers: 6 days shipping to us,
3 days with us, 3 days shipping to you.
The repair includes:
-Troubleshooting
-Replacement of all seals if they are subject to wear
- In the event of a defect including the spare parts, excluding the
heating and housing parts, excluding replacement* of the boiler
bottom seal, excluding the wooden closure
-Maintenance, cleaning and descaling of the device
-Function test and safety test according to VDE 0701 and final cleaning
-Return
Cleaning of the devices after the repair. Some devices
have had a tough day-to-day life. You can see that too.
We make the devices technically as new to use and clean
the device after the repair is complete.
However, we cannot clean the device "like new". Cleaning takes
longer than the repair itself. If you want that, please book
final cleaning maximum.
The price stated here is only valid in the shop and
must be paid before the device is handed in.
