Leveler, Tamper Tool, suitable for Gaggia Classic
The tamper tool, also known as the leveler, is used to press the coffee completely
straight into the portafilter. The result is that the same amount
of coffee flows from both spouts on the portafilter. The result is
always slightly full espresso cups.
